AN ADVENTURE ISLAND VBS THANK YOU!

Thank you to the following volunteers for creating an exciting and action packed VBS for the campers last week! At “Adventure Island” kids discovered five mysterious Infinity Lanterns to help light their way through life. They learned how God’s light can shine through them. This day camp offered energizing videos, interactive bible puppetry, super science experiments, creative crafts, hands-on mission work, and active games that were out-of-this-world!

If you see one of these amazing volunteers, please thank them for sharing their time and talents!

From Don & Maxine New and family

Thanks to our church friends for prayers, cards and well-wishes after our loving Mother, Mother-in-law, and Grandmother passed on June 28th.

God Bless

This week, from Tom and Betsy McPhee: We ask that you pray for their daughter Diana, age 43, is ill with shingles.

from Kenneth Wilson. Pray for all of my new relationships that are across the world. Pray for all my relationships with my neighbor, my loved ones across the world, my team and others for our relationship to grow stronger and better than it has ever been. Help us draw closer together than ever before. Pray that we won’t break apart for our love to be better than ever and her behavior and choices. Also, pray for a miracle for our relationships to be more intimate. Pray for how my relationships have been for me and how to love me more than before. Pray that nothing and no one will tear us apart. Stop all the wrongful and hurtful things that have been destroying my relationships. Set my neighbor and loved ones free from the world of the enemy, from bad company and influences, from soul ties, and the things of the world. Pray that my relationships with all that they won’t leave me and to bring us together each day. Pray for the restoration of what we had together and to bring our hearts together.

From Donna Marie,Thank You so much for your prayers, but know that I could use more. My incision is still painful. Love you lots!!!!!! See you next week!!!!!!!

Wednesday Morning Bible Study is beginning a new study On June 9, 2021

LET’S BE HONEST — DO YOU WANT TO DO MORE THAN JUST READ THE BIBLE?

In this six-session Bible study, Kristy Cambron invites you on a journey through the Gospel of Luke using a technique that revolutionized her time with God — verse mapping.

If you have a deep desire to unpack the meaning of the Scriptures you’re reading but you want to do it in a simple way — then verse mapping is for you. Verse mapping includes Hebrew/Greek word studies, finding connections in Scripture, comparing Bible translations, and learning as much as you can from your time with the Holy Spirit. Come join us as we learn to explore the Bible like never before, and customize your Bible study time for a deeper and more authentic walk with God. And it’s even better when you do it with others as a group!
